Robotics

Robotics is the applied science that investigates the development of the automatic technical systems (robots). The term was introduced by the science fiction writer Isaac Asimov in 1942.
Robotics demands the great knowledge in the sphere of electronics, mechanics, software and many other disciplines. There are also constructive, industrial, every-day, flight and extreme robotics.
Nowadays robotics develops a lot and the majority of the industry is computerised that means the use of robots for the tasks solution. But it is necessary to make the difference between robotics and artificial intelligence. Robotics is the science that makes the robots that solve the science according to the given by people algorithm and the artificial intelligence means the tasks solution with the help of their own made algorithm.
Nowadays the majority of robots use the electronic motors of two types. The role of their muscles is made by drive.
There are a lot of achievements in the sphere of the biological systems model. In other words several independent spheres can be referred to this science. The neural networks are used for the several independent solutions of tasks that are not very complicated. The genetic principle is based on the idea that the algorithm will become more efficient if it borrows the characteristics of other algorithms.
